Foi um megadesfile o da coleção resort 2012 da Chanel, apresentado por Karl Lagerfeld no sofisticado Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, em Antibes, na Riviera Francesa.
Cerca de 200 convidados foram levados para o lançamento, que teve desfile, jantar a céu aberto, piquenique no campo, show de Bryan Ferry e sessão do curta “The Tale of a Fairy”.
A apresentação propriamente dita reforçou o fundamento luxo & riqueza em atmosfera de balneário. Inspirada por Rita Hayworth e pelo príncipe Aly Khan, trouxe releituras de clássicos da Chanel e muitos maiôs, kaftans e afins.
